Three things you can't do on ShopMonkey

Specific, concrete differentiators — no generic “more powerful” marketing fluff.

1

PPF-specific quoting that just doesn't exist elsewhere

ShopMonkey makes you hand-type 'Hood', 'Front Bumper', 'Left Fender', 'Right Fender'… on every quote. PPF Management gives advisors a clickable car diagram + saved package shortcuts, so 'Full Front PPF' takes one click instead of fifteen lines of typing. That single difference saves a busy shop several hours of advisor time per week.

2

Built around your inventory model, not somebody else's

PPF film comes on rolls with batch numbers. When a warranty claim comes in three months later for 'XPEL Ultimate Plus on a 2024 Tesla', you need to find every other car that used the same batch. ShopMonkey's parts module models Bosch alternators and oil filters — useful for an engine shop, useless for tracing a film defect across 40 customer vehicles.

3

Per-location pricing means you stop paying for growing

ShopMonkey's per-user pricing punishes scale: a 6-installer shop pays 6× a 1-installer shop. PPF Management charges a flat per-location fee with unlimited users. Hire your next tech without flinching at the next invoice.

Switching from ShopMonkey is a Saturday afternoon

We built PPF Management with switching in mind. CSV import for customers + vehicles + inventory is in the product today. For shops migrating with 3+ years of history, we offer a white-glove migration service free for the first 50 shops — we'll pull your data, map it, and have you running on PPF Management without losing a single record.
