Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — switch up or down at any time. Prorated billing on upgrade; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
We email you 3 days before the trial ends. If you don't add a card, your data stays read-only for 30 days while you decide. Nothing is auto-charged without explicit confirmation.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. Self-serve onboarding includes the seeded starter packages and example workflows. Enterprise customers get a hands-on migration service included.
What if I have multiple locations?+
Pro and Enterprise plans support multi-location. Each location is billed individually. A 3-location operator on Pro = $747/mo regardless of how many users.
