About PPF Management
We're a small team of installers and engineers who got tired of fighting shop software that wasn't built for what we do.
Paint protection film, window tint, and ceramic coating shops have a fundamentally different workflow than mechanical auto repair — but the software market never caught up. Most shops are stuck with tools designed for engine repair (ShopMonkey, Tekmetric, Mitchell), retrofitted for detailing with extra fields and workarounds. We watched detailers hand-type “Hood”, “Fender”, “Bumper” on every quote, lose leads to whoever called back first, and guess at job profitability after the fact.
PPF Management was built to fix that. Every feature in the platform exists because someone watched a real detail shop fight a real version of generic software and said “there has to be a better way.”

Founders include detailers who've installed thousands of square feet of XPEL and SunTek. We know what a clean Q1 squeegee feels like.
Per-location pricing, not per-seat
Generic tools punish growth with $69-349 per user per month. We charge per location. A 6-installer shop saves thousands a year.

Tenancy and audit done right
Strict server-enforced RBAC. Per-tenant data isolation reviewed by four parallel audit agents. Your installers never see other shops' data — period.
Where we're going
The current platform is purpose-built for PPF / tint / ceramic / paint correction shops. Our 2026 roadmap focuses on three things:
- Mobile installer app — iOS clock-in, photo capture, assigned-jobs view. React Native, on TestFlight Q3.
- XPEL DAP + 3M Marketplace deep links— pull cut patterns directly into the WO, one-click warranty registration.
- Customer portal — tokenized public links so customers can review estimates and pay invoices without a login.
